Gary, has 35 years of experience and specializes in the valuation of all types of commercial properties that includes retail, office, multi family, hospitality, restaurants, healthcare, industrial development land, places of worship, and agricultural land.

Gary also has extensive experience in eminent domain valuation and litigation issues and also has knowledge of business valuation.

The firm of Brandt Appraisal Company has been engaged in the practice of Real Estate Appraisal since 1962 when it was founded by Orville Brandt, ASA.
